Sick of crying, tired of trying. Yes I'm smiling... but inside I'm dying..

well, i was with my friend david, and we wer waiting for his mom to come and give us a ride. so, the next thing i noe, theres this bus that was going way too fast, and i didn't thing anything would happen untill it reached about 45 and was comin my way, and see, things like that don't exactly scare me, so im guessin at this point i just blacked out (cause i don't remember doing this), cause my friend told me that i grabbed him and threw him out of the way... the next thing i noe, there was these 3 girls just walkin and about to be hit, so i hauled ass and yelled out to them to move (they just kinda froze up and went into the field position) I noticed then, that if i didn't yell, then one of them would have been run over, she was less that 1 foot away from the bus. then the driver put the e-brake on, and i rushed and helped get everyone out of the bus. I asked everyone if they wer alright, hugged a few of my frinds... a few of them got hurt, but nobody got any serious injury.

any idea what was wrong with the bus for it to act up? or was it user error?
